Christina Pazsitzky, 50, is a Canadian stand-up comedian and podcaster based in the US. Currently, she hosts the Your Mom's House podcast with her husband, comedian Tom Segura, and the Where My Moms At? podcast. Pazsitzky has two young sons with Segura, Ellis and Julian.

In 2022, her second Netflix special Christina P: Mom Genes was released, a comedy special showcasing the ups and downs of parenthood.

Pazsitzky’s cancer

In July 2024, Pazsitzky announced that she had been diagnosed with breast cancer. She first underwent surgery to remove the cancer, but shared afterwards that she would still likely need to undergo a full mastectomy to be cancer-free.

In an episode of the Your Mom's House podcast, Pazsitzky shared the following: “They didn’t unfortunately get everything. After we did the first surgery, they went through the material they took out and there’s still some left. So, mommy’s gonna have to go back and get chop chops, both tetas. But then I’ll get some real nice fakers.”

Pazsitzky continued to reassure her fans that her cancer had not spread.

Life beyond cancer

According to Pazsitzky, she does not want cancer to become her identity, or to “have to do the Instagram posts of me in a hospital gown with thumbs up and then ‘get your [mammograms] ladies.’” She continues to remain active on her podcasts and social media, with over 1.1 million followers on her TikTok.

Unfortunately, in July 2026, Pazsitzky and her husband Tom Segura separated after 18 years of marriage, but remained amicable. Despite the split, they will continue to co-host their podcast Your Mom's House together.
